ANNEX OF PAYROLL SERVICES
Obligations in Insurance Labor Issues
- Preparation of Payroll Statements.
The company is required to provide written notice at least three (3) working days before payroll payment regarding employees' working days and related observations from the previous month.
- Submission of Payroll Tax Return (A.P.D.)
- Issue of employee payment receipts.
- Informing about debts to IKA and other funds.
- Preparation of documents for the start and termination of employment.
- Preparation of the employment inspection table.
- Issuance of salary certificates.
- Preparation and submission of hires.
The company is required to provide written notice to the Accountant at least two (2) working days before they are carried out.
- Preparation and submission of dismissals, including the calculation of additional pay.
The company is required to provide written notice to the Accountant at least two (2) working days before they are carried out, as well as for unused leave days.
- Preparation and submission of voluntary departures.
The company is required to provide written notice to the Accountant at least two (2) working days before they are carried out, as well as for unused leave days.
-Submission of shift scheduling programs.
The preparation of this will be the responsibility of the Company and the person in charge of the operation of each of its stores.
